Turn a messy family week into one clear plan
Written for parents and stay-at-home moms. No AI experience needed.
When plans live in several places, it is easy to miss something. Start with a short list of fixed events and flexible jobs. Let the tool sort the draft, then check it together.
Start here
- Copy general event names and times. Use labels like adult A and child B instead of names.
- Separate events that cannot move from errands and chores that can.
- Compare the draft with your real calendar and set reminders yourself.
Three prompts you can use
Copy a prompt into your chat tool and replace the [blanks]. Check each reply before using it.
1. Make a first draft
Draft a family week from [days]. Fixed events: [general labels and times]. Flexible jobs: [list]. Leave [minutes] for travel and evenings after [time] free. Flag clashes. Do not move fixed events or add locations.
2. Make it fit your life
We lost [time] on [day]. Move only flexible jobs and keep the fixed events. Put jobs that no longer fit into a separate list.
3. Check before you use it
Check this draft for overlaps, missing travel time, and jobs with no owner. List questions for us to settle together. Do not make those choices for us.
Mistake most beginners make
Filling every spare minute and forgetting that travel and breaks take time.
One last check
Keep home and school addresses private. A draft in a chat does not set a reminder or change your calendar.
