Plan a small content batch you can finish
Written for creators and side hustlers. No AI experience needed.
A content plan should make your week easier. Start with material you own and a small amount of work, rather than filling a calendar with posts you cannot make.
Start here
- List the ideas, photos, and clips you already have permission to use.
- Set a real time limit and say which formats you can make easily.
- Choose the best ideas and move the final plan into your own calendar.
Three prompts you can use
Copy a prompt into your chat tool and replace the [blanks]. Check each reply before using it.
1. Make a first draft
Plan a small content batch I can work on in one hour. Topic: [topic]. Ready material: [my notes and assets]. Audience: [who]. Suggest a few posts using only this material, with the next task for each. Leave out ideas that need new filming or research.
2. Make it fit your life
Reduce the batch to [number] posts. Keep ideas that make different points. Put the others in a later list. Give me a simple making order, not a posting-time claim.
3. Check before you use it
Check this batch for repeated ideas, unverified claims, and tasks that may take longer than I allowed. Tell me what to cut first.
Mistake most beginners make
Making a plan for the week you wish you had instead of the time you actually have.
One last check
The plan does not schedule or publish posts. Check facts and permissions before using each draft.
