A small everyday win

Turn your service notes into a clear quote email

Written for small business owners. No AI experience needed.

You set the price and terms. The chat tool can help you explain them in words a customer can understand.

Start here

  1. Gather the price, included work, excluded work, and terms you have approved.
  2. Use blanks for customer details and mark unsettled items as to be confirmed.
  3. Compare the finished draft with your records and check all arithmetic yourself.

Three prompts you can use

Copy a prompt into your chat tool and replace the [blanks]. Check each reply before using it.

1. Make a first draft

Draft a quote email using only these approved details: [scope, exclusions, price, timing, terms, next step]. Keep included and excluded work separate. Leave names blank. Mark missing facts “to confirm.” Do not add legal terms, discounts, or guarantees.

2. Make it fit your life

Make the scope easier to scan in short bullet points. Keep every amount and term unchanged. Put unresolved questions at the end for me to review.

3. Check before you use it

Check whether this email adds work, a date, or a promise that is not in my notes. Show a list of anything I should check before sending it.

Mistake most beginners make

Asking the tool to invent a price or legal terms when you only need help with wording.

One last check

Use your own pricing process and approved terms. Get qualified advice for contract questions.
