A small everyday win

Turn scattered work notes into a realistic week

Written for people taking their next step at work. No AI experience needed.

A useful plan leaves room for real life. Give the tool the tasks you are allowed to share, your actual limits, and the deadlines you have checked.

Start here

  1. Remove private customer, colleague, and company details from your notes.
  2. Name fixed deadlines and dependencies. Mark dates you do not know.
  3. Check the proposed order and keep your real calendar as the source for reminders.

Three prompts you can use

Copy a prompt into your chat tool and replace the [blanks]. Check each reply before using it.

1. Make a first draft

Sort these work tasks into a weekly draft: [cleaned notes]. Fixed deadlines: [dates]. Available time: [time]. Tasks that depend on other work: [list]. Separate next actions, waiting items, and questions. Do not invent deadlines or contact anyone.

2. Make it fit your life

I have less time on [day]. Keep [fixed priority]. Move flexible work later and show the first small action for each task that remains.

3. Check before you use it

Check this plan for overload, missing information, and tasks with no clear next action. List questions I should answer. Do not change confirmed deadlines.

Mistake most beginners make

Letting a draft schedule quietly replace confirmed deadlines or real calendar reminders.

One last check

Follow your workplace’s AI rules. Copy the checked plan into your own tools; this exercise does not update them for you.

Keep going at your own pace
